"I've been a client of Stephanie Sgroi's State Farm office for about 30 years. Doing business with her office is like business used to be, before all the 800 numbers, endless on-hold music, press 1 for this or 2 for that or worse, trying to get a computer to understand me. Instead, when you call Stephanie's office, you get a live representative who introduces themselves and asks "how can I help you". Then they do something amazing, they actually help you! This week I called their office because my car was hit several months ago, causing minor damage, and I ignored it. Within 10 minutes they called back to tell me that they reactivated the claim and sent the authorization to my body shop. Less than 5 minutes phone time and I was done. They dealt with corporate for me. I currently have 3 cars, 3 motorcycles, homeowners and term life policies with them and my rates are very reasonable. Every month I get solicitations to switch and save a dollar. I know next year they'll just raise me three dollars, so obviously I never switch. Everyone needs to buy insurance, that we hope to never use. It might as well be quick and easy when we do have to use it. This office is that place."

"Today I went to the State Farm office in Port Jefferson where i was pleasantly greeted by Tiffany Mosquea. I brought my Home and Auto policies and bills. I asked that she add to my home owners policy that I had a new heating system (boiler, burner, etc.) installed in my home. She did so and upon my request, reviewed my current policy. I paid my bills for both policies. She processed them and gave me receipts for my records. Tiffany was friendly, very informative and knowledgeable. A very good experience for me."
